The Properties consist of a portfolio of the following five properties net-leased to primarily investment-grade tenants, which during a period commencing on February 3, 2021 through the Closing Date, were acquired by the Trust (collectively, the “Properties”): (i) 901 North Hall Road, Alcoa, Tennessee 37701; (ii) 100 East Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, Florida 32534; (iii) 110 West University Drive, Denton, Texas 76201; (iv) 7208 Slide Road, Lubbock, Texas 79424; and (v) 4025 W Northern Parkway, Baltimore, Maryland 21215. All of the Properties are 100% occupied, single-tenant, net-leased properties (two are operating as a Dollar General, two are operating as a Natural Grocers and one is operating as a Walgreens)
